Off to London…

…for the Financial Times Digital Media and Broadcasting Conference. It’ll be interesting to get the European view on the future of broadband Internet and traditional media. Also plan to meet a few people who I hope will be helpful in our acquisitions work; maybe they’ll know of some good media companies to buy.
Flying Northwest Air, as I want to add mileage to retain my preferred status. It’ll be the first time I fly into Gattwick Airport; up to now I’ve always flown into Heathrow Airport.
Weather should be OK next week. Highs in the 50s, with some rain on Sunday. Staying at the Milestone Hotel in Kensington.
