Last night we tried Japon Bistro in Pasadena.
We’d been there before, and the food was good. And they served Sapporo draft (生), another plus in my book.
But the sake list was so-so. We didn’t see the usual suspects like Kubota, Suigei, or Koshihikari.
I noticed they had a bottle of Mu sake, from Hyogo prefecture. I remember buying it at Marukai for New Years a couple years ago as a backup.
