Happy Father’s Day

Off to the folks place now — cooking up some prime rib for pops. Mom picked up the meat from Pacific Market. It’s Harris Ranch choice cut, same as Christmas Eve, so it should be tasty (and it helps to know the butcher!). We’ll see how the new cooking technique works out.A Happy Father’s Day to everyone!

Update: Thumbs up on the prime rib — looks like a keeper.
