Got to mom & pop’s place at 9am and had my ozoni, to get the new year off to a good start. And a sake toast with mom & pop — we had Mu sake (無酒) which I picked up from Marukai. Mu sake is from Himeji, which I didn’t know was a sake making area like Niigata or Yamagata. Anyways, it was pretty good, but can’t wait to pick up another bottle of Koshi no Homare sake.
Update: Mu sake is made by Yaegaki Sake & Spirits.
